Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Lost in transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or expired product received
Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- For UPI/bank transfer orders, refunds will be credited to the source account.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when initiating the return.
Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.
3. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Approved returns will be processed for replacement within 2–3 business days.
- Replacements are expected to be delivered within 4–7 business days.
4. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Free from any stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or alterations
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order reference
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Products that have been altered, tailored, or customized after delivery
- Products with removed tags, missing packaging, or signs of use
- Gift cards and vouchers
6. Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup for the original product.
- Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement at no additional shipping cost.
If the requested size or variant is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
7. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Hand over the package to the pickup agent.
